AUDITION ANNOUNCEMENT
Center Stage is teaming up with :11 After Theatre company to offer adult musical theatre programming this fall! The production is the hilarious musical about love, relationships and connection called I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change.

VIDEO SUBMISSION AUDITIONS ONLY
I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change

NEEDED ACTORS:  We are auditioning for the adult male roles only. Baritone/Tenor vocal range; age range late 20s – 60s (40s-60s strongly encouraged); all ethnicities encouraged; gender diverse actors welcome; must be willing to play the role as a man.  
All actors must provide proof of vaccination.

STIPEND:  A very modest stipend will be offered

WHAT TO SUBMIT:
By video:
1.)Video recording of 16-32 Bars of any compatible musical theatre work; songs from the show accepted.
​2) Slate your full name, voice range and vaccine status at the beginning of the video. 
3) Provide no longer than a 2 minute comedic monologue. Jokes, and storytelling accepted in place of a monologue (must stick to 2 min maximum).  Memorization not needed due to deadline date.
4) Please email video audition submission (or link to video) and a copy of acting resume to Heather Frost at fireweedfrost@gmail.com no later than July 27th.
In case of technical difficulties, an audio recording of song and monologue along with a headshot and resume may be sent in place of video.

CALL BACKS by invitation only:
Monday, August 1st 7 – 10 pm. In person, location TBD.
Please plan to stay for the full session. If you are unable to stay for the full session, please let us know before callbacks begin.

PERFORMANCES:
Curtain at 7:30 except Sunday performances will be afternoon matinee
Fri/Sat evenings, Sunday matinees, one Thursday:
9/30, 10/1, 2
10/7, 8, 9
10/14, 15, 16
10/20, 21, 22
 
Performances in the CenterStage Black Box Theatre:  901 Front Street, Louisville CO 80027

REHEARSALS:
Begins mid-August 2022 (start date based on casting) and depending on cast conflicts/availability will be scheduled between weekday evenings (Monday – Thursday) 7 - 10 pm and weekend days. Everyone must be available for tech week.

:11 After Theatre is a company of adult artists providing professional level theatre to our peers in Boulder County/North Metro communities and beyond.  CenterStage Theatre Company is the theatre place for Boulder and Louisville's kids, youth, and emerging artists. CSTC is dedicated to extending quality theatre to the Colorado community—especially in Boulder County.  Through this collaboration, we are excited to expand adult programming for Center Stage’s community while establishing :11 After as an emerging professional level theatre company.
