Anthoney Sandoval is a Colorado native who has called the Denver metro area home since 2005. By day, he serves as a Senior Program Manager and Legislative and Policy Advocate with the Special District Association of Colorado, and by night (and many weekends), he’s deeply involved in the theatre community.

His love for theatre began at age six in a community production of The Music Man, and it quickly became a lifelong passion. Since then, he has spent decades on stage and behind the scenes as an actor, singer, and director, always drawn to the joy of storytelling and the connections it creates.

Anthoney joined Tapestry Theatre in 2017, directing Elf the Musical, and has since led numerous productions at both Tapestry and CenterStage, including School House Rock, Cinderella, and All Together Now. His work is driven by a genuine love of bringing stories to life and creating meaningful experiences for audiences and performers alike.

As a board member since 2019, Anthoney is especially passionate about building an inclusive and welcoming theatre community. He believes theatre should be a place where everyone feels seen, valued, and inspired, and he works to ensure that spirit is reflected both on and off the stage.
