Parking for Dairy Arts Center is available in the free lot on the west and north sides of the building — enter via Walnut Street (between 26th Street and Folsom). For accessible parking, there are designated ADA spaces at the southwest corner of the lot near the West Entrance (valid permit required). If the main lot is full, overflow parking is available in the lots behind 2501-2505 Walnut Street on evenings and weekends. If you prefer public transit or biking, Dairy supports that too: there are 34 bike parking spaces available (eight near the east entrance and 26 near the west entrance), and local bus stops are within walking distance.
The Dairy Arts Center offers a polished, professional theatre experience for CenterStage audiences, with comfortable seating, great sightlines, and full technical capabilities across its performance spaces. The building is fully accessible, with ADA-compliant entrances, elevators, and designated seating options; if you need accommodations, just let us know when you purchase tickets. Concessions — including popcorn, soft drinks, beer, and wine — are typically available before our shows, though food and drinks may not be allowed inside certain theatres depending on the space we’re using. Doors usually open 30 minutes before showtime, and seating is general admission unless noted otherwise in your ticket confirmation. Because the Dairy often hosts multiple events at once, be sure to follow the lobby signage or ask a staff member to direct you to the correct theatre for your CenterStage performance.
